Step 1: Client Inquiry

Thank you email goes out and requests to book a discovery call (Free 30 Min Call)
- Information collected: scope of work, client vision, Timelines.

Step 2: Book a Consultation

(2 Hour Meeting - In-Person)

2 hour - The Standard Design Consultation
- Information Collected:
  - Walkthrough of the space
  - Discuss the degree of involvement (Design Lead Vs. Design Assist)
  - Provide the client with guidance and direction on decision making
  - Review client brief and survey (Getting to Know You)
  - Establish Project scope

Step 3: Client Signs On

(30 Min Meeting – Online Meeting)

Review retailer agreement (DSLA) with the client.

Step 4: The Design Process

At Ethereal Living offers a full-service design process that will transforms your space into something extraordinary. A full- service design package will include millwork design, detailed plans and elevations and more. With a focus on human-centered design your vision and unique preferences will build the foundation for the design development process.
